2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on www.ownlane.dk
(“the Website”) between Own Lane (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”).
By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
3. Products
Own Lane sells physical books and e-books (digital downloads).
All product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability, is subject to change without notice.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the Website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment can be made using credit/debit cards or MobilePay.
Payment is processed securely through approved payment providers. The full amount will be charged at the time of purchase.
For physical products, the payment will only be captured when the order is shipped, unless the product is delivered immediately.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, and MobilePay.
All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment provider, and no card information is stored by Own Lane.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Physical books:
Delivery is available within Denmark via GLS.
If you wish to have a physical book delivered outside Denmark, please contact us at contact@ownlane.dk
for assistance and a shipping quote.
Physical products are typically delivered within 1–4 business days within Denmark.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email, allowing you to follow your shipment.
E-books:
E-books are delivered digitally via email immediately after successful payment. By purchasing an e-book, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has begun.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1 Physical Books
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with Danish consumer legislation.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@ownlane.dk
before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned goods must be unused, in the same condition as received, and securely packaged.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
6.2 Digital Products (E-books)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to e-books once digital delivery has started, as stated in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(13).
By purchasing and downloading an e-book, you explicitly agree to this waiver.

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
You are covered by a 24-month warranty (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have a defective product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@ownlane.dk
We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout, is owned by Own Lane or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Website or its content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Own Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or website.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Website but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be settled by the Danish courts, with the Court of Herning (Retten i Herning) as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the Website with an updated “last revised” date.
Your continued use of the Website after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
